Victor Apat | President With over twenty-five years experience in the field, Complete Building Corporation’s President, Victor Apat is a trusted source in commercial, historical renovation and institutional building. Born in Chester County, Pennsylvania, Victor showed a proclivity for hands-on

projects and the outdoors from an early age. Eventually, this prompted a desire to go into the construction field. Victor graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Building Construction and went on to receive a Masters in Civil Engineering. In 1986, Victor founded Complete Building Corporation. Vic currently resides on The Isle of Palms with his family, and he attends Sunrise Presbyterian Church.

	Buddy Hilton | Vice President As Vice President for Complete Building Corporation, Buddy Hilton makes it his goal to build long-term relationships with all of his clients. Buddy’s straight-forward and loyal personality paired with his ambition to provide his clients with only top quality projects makes the task an easy one.
Buddy was born in Charleston, South Carolina and received an Associate degree in Civil Engineering from Trident Technical College. Buddy began his employment at Complete Building Corporation in 2005 as a project manager and was promoted to Vice President soon after.
